Peter Dixon Visit

Poet and educationalist, Peter Dixon, spent the day at Dolphin on 8^th February. Peter entertained and inspired all the children during workshops held for different age groups throughout the day.

Parents were invited to attend the workshops with their children and all those who came thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Judy is passionate about reading and creative writing and so was delighted to see the excited buzz amongst the children who were very animated and engaged during his presentations.

At the end of the day there was a Book Fair where Peter was available to sign copies of his books. He told us that all the profits from his poetry book, “The Colour of My Dreams”, go to Naomi House, a children’s hospice.
