The French Department were delighted to hear about the summer holiday experiences some members of Years Three and Four had in France this year when they gave presentations to their class.

Sam prepared a board with his favorite pictures on. He went by Eurostar and stayed for four days before moving on to Rome. Sam was wearing his Monet T-shirt for his presentation!

Archie also went by Eurostar and stayed for five days. Archie brought a photo album with his pictures and boat, tube and Eiffel Tower entry tickets. Archie also brought his model of the Eiffel tower.

Rebecca went on a trip to Paris and prepared a board with her favorite pictures which she presented to her class. Rebecca went by Eurostar and stayed for four days. She then travelled on to Rome by train. Rebecca liked Monet’s house and garden and of course the Eiffel Tower.

This wonderful picture of the Arc de Triomphe really impressed the class and stimulated a very interesting discission.

Paris holidays in France quite regularly and decided to bring pictures of his last skiing trip to show the class.
