Saturday 16th May saw the school field come alive with the eagerly awaited FunRaisers' Spring Fair. There were a huge variety of stalls - from craft to cakes, wine tasting (or juice tasting!), books and tombolas, games and Entertainment Zone, Sports Zone, BBQ, salads, cream teas and bar. Not to mention testing your driving skill at the Racing Challenge simulated Formula 1 pitstop or your strength and stamina on the Climbing Wall! There was something for all the family. The children seemed to particularly enjoy throwing wet sponges at a succession of brave (some might say, foolhardy!) staff and buying tickets to win the privilege of dropping a bucket of green gunk onto Mr Crockford's head!

It was an enormous success and great fun for all who attended. The school wishes to extend an enormous thank you to the army of parents who worked so hard to make the event such a success. All proceeds (in excess of £2000!) will go towards playground improvements and the purchase of a baby grand piano for the school.
