In the Year Five Aladdin play, I played as Aladdin's friend. At first, I was a bit nervous, because it was a full hose.  But then I got used to the stage. I remember when I accidentally tripped over the box where the dragon is meant to go around. But being in this amazing play was one of my greatest experiences of my life. Plus it was even more fun, because Aladdin's friends got to use scooters!

I think that my favourite part was at the very end because we got to do loads of singing really loudly and at the very very end, we got to slide on the floor and say goodbye and I really liked the bows because Louis and I got to hold the treasure chest when we bowed. But at first I thought that I was heading for a great big fall, because the song was hard. But when we performed it on the stage, I thought it was really easy.

Me and Louis were really lucky, because we were picked as the diamond bearers: only two of Aladdin's friends were allowed to be the diamond bearers. But one time, when me and Louis were performing on stage (in the diamond bearers scene), everything in the chest fell out, but the parents thought it was really funny because Fraser (the lamp genie), was secretly kicking the stuff that came out.

If any of you are in a play - break a leg!
