Attack on Maiden Castle

I feel the shouts of determination and nervousness in the air.  The cold, metal brim of the sword in a tight grip in my palm.  Rain is pouring down, soaking my tunic.  My eyes still picturing my new born baby and feeling down to touch the engagement ring.  Then I hear the Roman horn blowing its long piercing sound.

Suddenly everybody started running towards Maiden Castle.  Flame burst up into the air, arrows being fired.  The Durotrige hurling rocks down in their slings.  The gate was opened, thousands of Durotriges charged out, swords held high above the head, screaming and shouting.  Swords would be plunged into the chest.  Rocks would be fired down knocking out Roman soldiers.  We had to climb up the ramparts, some falling over and down.  Others made it and when wnough they would make a testude to stop sling stones from hitting them.  Suddenly, a sword came down denting my helmet.  I fell over then a spear plunged into my heart.  Everything was very slow then my head dropped down dead.
