Why We Should Ban Playtimes
Email this Page Email this page to a friend Print this Page Print this page

I think we should ban playtimes.  Little children can get hurt and teachers need more rest.  These are the reasons.

Firstly, bullying in the first reason.  Every break time mean children called bullies roam free, bullying other children which includes punching, calling names, biting and following around.  This has to stop.  Therefore I announce that playtime should be banned.  On the other hand, some people think that we should keep playtimes but these people don't know how much you can get hurt from it.  We all need to agree that bullying is a horrible, hurtful thing to do, so we should ban playtime because it is outrageous!

When you fall over, you get a cut which can spread diseases and most people come inside sneezing and coughing and if another child gets the cold, there's a bigger chance more people can get it.  Lots of children hate illness so we should ban playtime - surely this has to stop!

Once a water fountain has been built, everyone drinks out of the nozzle and when it rains, everyone will get wet and people come into the classroom after break soaking and uncomfortable.  This could stop if we banned playtime.    Most people hate taking their shoes off and finding that they have half a cup of dirty rainwater in them.

Every breaktime we sit on the bench, very bored and have nothing to do. Every thirty seconds a child goes "how long is it to the end of break?" Then your brain stops working and your legs get stiffer so we have to ban playtime because this is terrible.

When breaktime comes, people don't get educated enough, and they are not doing enough work.  This is outrageous. When children don't do enough work, they don't get any better at homework so we have to ban playtime.

These five reasons surely are persuasive enough for the headteacher to BAN PLAYTIME!
