On Wednesday 18th May we set off in the blue minibus to Prince's garage.

Mr Prince and Dave showed us around and we started in the service area where lots of cars were having their MOTs done. The children loved seeing and handling the large springs used for car suspension. They were very hard and difficult to press down! We saw cars going up and down on the lift and in the body shop we saw a car which had its front crushed from colliding with a deer! The cars ranging from four by fours to mins had varying degrees of damage. In the paint shop a camper van was being resprayed and there was a huge oven for drying the cars. The visit finished with a car being loaded onto a breakdown truck.It was a busy and fasacinating visit - the children are really enjoying the transport topic!
