Clubs take place at lunchtime and after school and are included in the fees with the exception of judo.
Timings can vary slightly according to the activity and season, but generally:
After School Junior Clubs (for Years 1 and 2):
3.10pm – 4.15pm
After School Senior Clubs (for Years 3 to 8):
3.40pm – 4.45pm
The clubs on offer change termly. In the course of a year they typically include: art, athletics, chess, choir, computing, dancing, craft, cricket, cross country, cycling proficiency, embroidery, football, gymnastics, hockey, judo, classics, netball, rounders, rugby, science, tennis, short tennis, string group, swimming, table tennis, current events, cookery and wind band.
Different clubs are available to different year groups and places are filled on a first come, first served basis after application forms go out.
Homework club is available every night of the week for all children in Years Six, Seven and Eight who wish to do homework in school.
