The Beginning

A long long time ago, when everything was happy, when there was no beginning or end, there was a small earth. And a small heaven. In the heaven lived some gods. The gods were fairly selfish.

They were bored and wanted their people to entertain them, so they made up a plan. The plan was to send their messenger humming bird to earth with a piece of blue cloth and tasty snacks. They hoped that the animals of earth would see the tasty snacks, then they would see the river between rhem and the snacks and they would see that the only way to cross the river was across the slippery stones. The animals did exactly what the gods expected, they crossed the river as soon as they saw the tasty snacks.  As they crossed the river, the gods laughed to think of what would happen to the animals! The laughter made the stones shake.  Unfortunately for the animals of earth it was very hard not to fall off and all of them did.  A little while later the humming bird was eating peanuts on a sandy piece of ground, a peanut fell into the sand.  The bird started pecking into the grounds. This was not a bright thing to do.  The next thing that the things that had falled into the lake knew was that the world had exploded!

The people fell onto a planet below.  This was the planet that the gods lived on but the gods had already thought of this and had already come up with a plan.  They pretended to be kind and gave the people animals like unicorns to fly on to the next planet.  The next planet had a great roaring river on it. On the other side of the river there was a bullish thing. "It looks very fierce" whispered the people amongst themselves.  They went down to the river and picked some plants to eat on the way.

The next planet they found was perfect. They planted the plants and formed the animals. But the same people remembered the bullish things and that is why there is evil.

Cara, Year Five

In the Beginning

It all started when two eggs were floating around in nothingness.  Suddenly the eggs cracked. Lord Tana and Lord Kana came out, as soon as they came out they fought and fought.

Eight million years later they said "I'm bored". Suddenly they realised that they were floating, then Lord Kana created the earth and he created humans then the seven seas and the oceans and animals and lastly he created stars and planets.  Lord Tana was still bored so he created the sun and the moon. As the years went by the gods grew older and older and as they got older they helped the people of the earth from the stone age to modern times.  Then there was one more thing he was still bored of.  He did not have any friends apart from his brother so he created three more gods, Lord Vana, Lord Lana and Lord Vlam, and they surprisingly fought and fought. So Lord Tana strapped himself to the rocks to be eaten by the birds.  And that is why we are here.
