Congratulations to William in Year 7 on securing a scholarship at Harrow. Also congratulations to Anna and Ed in Year 8. Anna has been awarded an Exhibition in Music at Wycombe Abbey and Ed has gained the Honorary Charles Lepper Drama Award at Bradfield College.

Thanks for sending in Box Tops for Books, we have nearly 100 so far. The closing date is the end of March, so please keep those tokens coming! You will find them on nestlé cereals and cereal bars. Thank you also for bringing in your Tesco Sports Vouchers, we’re just about to send them off now.

To all bus drivers, please note it is now mandatory to use the bus tachograph when driving in the UK. Boxes of sheets are in the bus glove compartment and there is an envelope in the driver’s window pocket for completed sheets.

Would all parents please note: if you bring non-Dolphin children into the school, those children must be supervised at all times by yourselves.

A family update form has been posted to all parents. Please check the contents and return the form to the school office by Friday 22 February.

Will all parents please note that if for any reason you cannot collect your children on time they must go to after school care (Reception to Year 5) or homework club (Years 6-8).

Reminder that the school is closed 11-15 February for half term.

YEAR 2

Trip to Verulamium on Friday 22 February from 8am till 3pm. The children will need a disposable packed lunch and warm waterproof clothing as well as WELLINGTON BOOTS in a NAMED CARRIER BAG.

YEARS 5,6 & 7

A letter about Dolphin Scholarships was given to the children on 16 January. If your child intends to apply for a Scholarship they should give James Baker a letter to that effect by the end of this term.

YEARS 7 & 8

Judy will be holding auditions for the summer production on Monday 18 February after school until 5.30pm. It is essential that all children who want a performing role attend this session. The children have all been given a sheet telling them exactly what is required for the audition.
