Nursery Visit to Cantley Park 2022

Our Autumn Walk to Cantley Park was a great success. It was nice to choose a new location and there were lots of autumn treasures to find and collect. We started our adventure with Jane reading the story of ‘The Autumn Leaf’ to all the children while they sat under a huge oak tree. We then set off each child eager to investigate the nature around them.  We found so many interesting things – for example conkers, acorns, leaves of various colours, twigs and feathers.

We then went to the wonderful modern play area and finished our outing with a well-deserved drink and snack.
