Girls U11 Football County Cup 2023

A huge well done to the Y5 &Y6 girls who qualified for the U11 County Cup final on Wednesday after a dramatic 2-1 win against Dedworth Middle School. The girls started strongly and played some great football, going ahead 1-0 thanks to a lovely passing move finished off by Charlotte into the bottom corner. Dedworth put on a strong display and fought back to make it 1-1. The game became frantic and end to end with both teams looking for the winner. In the last minute Eloise chased down a long ball, beat a player and fired into the bottom corner! Well done girls – we look forward to the final!
