And what a glorious day it was. Rich Rusk, a theatre/film maker challenged and entertained our Year 6, introducing them to filming and making a tiny movie in one day.
As they reach the end of their Primary School days, the children have been exploring Identity in Drama so this seemed a suitable subject for our movie. But of course we didn’t approach it in a conventional manner but mainly through abstract movements which were then set against the backdrop of Ophelia’s beautiful garden. Rich was very impressed with the group and enjoyed working with them. As soon as he finishes editing the movie, you will be able to watch it on the Drama blog. No doubt it will be a terrific watch!
