Reception Dinton Pastures Picnic 2023

Reception had a blast on their last trip of the year. A morning full of bug hunting in fields, forest floors and a pond! They used listening skills to find grasshoppers hiding in the long grass, perseverence skills whilst pond dipping, and most excitingly, kind and caring hands whilst holding baby frogs (froglets). Parents were invited to meet us for a picnic lunch, and luckily the rain held off so we could all have a lovely time chatting together in the sunshine.
