Mission, Aims & Core Values
Dolphin School’s mission is to guide and inspire children to discover their own unique strengths and talents through learning by experiencing and doing.
We provide a joyful, challenging and stimulating education that nurtures curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning, while celebrating the individuality of every child.
Rooted in our core values — freedom to learn, confidence to be oneself, challenge to excel, discovery through action, and kindness above all — we develop confident, compassionate and independent thinkers who understand that their abilities carry responsibility as well as opportunity. Our pupils learn to accept others for who they are, to think deeply about the world around them, and to act with empathy, integrity and respect.
In alignment with the International Baccalaureate mission, we aim to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who appreciate different perspectives and recognise the value of intercultural understanding. By placing learning in real-world contexts and encouraging reflection, collaboration and action, we prepare our students not only for academic success, but to contribute positively to their communities and to a more peaceful, sustainable and interconnected world.
